Hello!  I'm happy you are here.  Community and empowerment are things I'm deeply passionate about, and sharing yoga with others is my favorite way to create both.

When I first discovered yoga, I had no idea it would become my life's work.  Now having taught thousands of yoga classes, trained over 100 yoga teachers, taught for more than 10 yoga studios, and worked on team with an international yoga organization around the world, there's no place I'd rather be than in community with others creating spaces of transformation in mind, body and soul.

For Fun:
I'm a former tennis pro, actor/singer, marathon runner, & have traveled to 14 countries.
