Yoga Nidra

Service Description

Yoga Nidra means "yogic sleep." In this practice, your mind and body will transport into a beautiful state between waking and sleeping. For the entire practice, you will lay comfortable on the floor as you listen to a guided meditation accompanied by soothing sounds lulling you deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation. Did you know...1 hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep! This event is free and open to anyone. Saturday, September 21st @ 7pm at Power Yoga Fort Myers (and availible online).
