Hello!  I'm happy you are here.  Community and empowerment are two things I'm deeply passionate about, and sharing yoga with others is one of my favorite ways to access transformation and connection.

When I discovered that the power of yoga has the ability to heal, transform and renew the body and soul, I decided to devote my life's work to sharing the practice with as many people as possible.
