Fridays: 5:45pm - 9:45pm
Saturdays: 8am - 7pm
Sundays: 8am - 5pm

Program Fee:

$3,000 - if paid in FULL by August 30th, 2024.
$3,500 - if using payment plan through December 8th, 2024.

$1,000 - for students who have a 200-hr certification.

The program is non-refundable.

What to Expect:

This training is 100% in-person.

100% attendance is required to receive your certification.

Each day of training we will practice asana, meditation, and inquiry.
Each day is perfectly balanced between movement and rest.
Fun energizing games & activities, and inquiry & discussion.
Workshop poses, practice teaching, learn methodology.

There will be breaks throughout each day, as well as a long lunch break.

The Promise of the Program:

Upon completion, you will have an innate confidence to lead the Journey Into Power sequence.
You will be proficient in using Baptiste Yoga practices & principles to empower your life, and the life of others.
You will be a 200-hr certified yoga teacher.

Meet your facilitator

Brandon Sommers is a Tier 3 Certified Baptiste Power Yoga Influencer with 1500+ training hours with the Baptiste Institute.

Brandon has attended over 20 programs with Baptiste Yoga. He's worked on team with the Baptiste Institute and side by side with Baron Baptiste at 5 yoga teacher trainings around the world including Thailand, New York, California, Utah, and Online.

Brandon has assisted teacher trainings at Small World Yoga (Nashville, TN), Baptiste Power Yoga Oxford (Oxford, MS), Palm Power Yoga (Punta Gorda, FL), and Authentic Yoga (Boise, ID). He's also led 6 of his own yoga trainings (both 200 & 300-hr).
